The Provo River Parkway Trail runs through the cities of Provo and Orem and Utah County.
Areas of the trail are private and quite strolling through city and county parks while portions of the trail run right next to busy street.
Canyon east of the City of Orem, Utah. The trail goes past numerous local parks, past Brigham Young University and the commercial areas of Provo. Northeast of Orem, the trail heads up the canyon away from the city traffic. In the canyon, there are dramatic views of the cliffs along the canyon, pretty bridges over the river and several parks with picnic areas and restroom facilities.
